Where is the pick up point?

You can choose between three pick-up points: Marfa (Malta), Cirkewwa (Malta), and Mgarr Harbor (Gozo). During your booking process, please, specify from which of those three locations you would like to be picked up from.

Will there be other people on board?

This is a private tour, so you have the boat all for yourself!

Are food and drinks included?

Staying hydrated is very important under the hot Maltese sun. This is why we provide our passengers with fresh mineral water free of charge. Any other beverages and food are not included in the tour.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?

You are more than welcome to bring any food and drinks with you. For our passengers’ convenience, we provide Igloo coolers with ice.

Do you provide snorkles?

Yes, we do! No need to bring and carry bulky gear, we got you covered! All our boats are equipped with snorkels, masks, and various swimming accessories (noodles, etc). The best part: you can use them free of charge.

What if the weather is bad?

Although from June to October Malta is famous for its perfect weather and sea conditions, anything could happen. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we give our clients two options:

to reschedule for another day
full refund.

What is your cancelation policy?

Can we make changes after we make the booking?

We understand that anything can happen and plans can change. You can make changes to your booking at any time, up to 24h before the start of your trip. Just write us an email or contact us via the phone as soon as you know of your changes.

What if we are late for our tour?

In case you arrive up to 10 min late for the start of your tour, this won’t affect the duration of the trip (Example: you should begin your tour at 2pm and finish at 4pm, but you arrive 10 min late, your tour will finish at 4.10pm)

However, if you arrive more than 10 min late, your tour will finish at the time its was booked for. (Example: you should begin your tour at 2pm and finish at 4pm, but you arrive 30 min late, your tour will finish at 4.00pm) No refunds will be given for the late departure.
